The views from this property are simply stunning. The location beside the lake surrounded by mountains can't be beat. The pool area is amazing, offering great scenery while relaxing. I found the staff to be very accommodating, especially during our check-in. The room, however, left much to be desired. We opted for a lower-priced historical room, which felt outdated and cramped. The bathroom was tiny with no space for our toiletries, and the lukewarm water was disappointing. We struggled with no air conditioning in hot weather and heard a constant noise from a lamp that made it hard to sleep. Although the location is fantastic, the room comfort was lacking. I might consider returning, but only if I reserve a room in the newer section.
